Message from the Headteacher

Dear Parent and Carer

Welcome to Grove Park School

Grove Park School, is a specialist school for pupils aged 4-19 with a wide range of special education needs, including Profound and Multiple learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The school is set across three sites (primary, secondary and sixth form) located closely together in Crowborough, East Sussex.

The school benefits from the regular support of Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapy services and Occupational Therapists provided by the Children’s Integrated Therapy and equipment Service (CITEs) within Kent NHS and commissioned by the local authority.  We also have, as part of our team, a Special Schools Nursing Sister from East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust who supports the health and wellbeing of our students.

As a staff team we seek to create a place where our pupils can learn in a safe, happy and enriching environment, one which promotes independence and fosters a sense of fun, curiosity and excitement.

Grove Park is now in the process of transferring into London South East Academies Trust. Please see further information in the School News section.

We hope that this website gives you a useful overview of Grove Park School. Please feel free to contact the school if you have any additional questions at office@grove-park.e-sussex.sch.uk or on 01892 663 018.
